Beaver Women’s Hockey Gameday Blog – WCHA Quarterfinals Game 1 – Feb 24, 2023 at Ohio State

It’s playoff time for the Western Collegiate Hockey Association and the Bemidji State University Women’s Hockey team this weekend and the eighth-seeded Beavers make the long road trip to Columbus, Ohio to take on top-seed and defending national champions No. 1 Ohio State University.

The Beavers (5-28-1, 2-26-0 WCHA) battle the WCHA regular season champions Buckeyes (28-4-2, 23-4-1 WCHA) for a best-of-three quarterfinal series at the OSU Ice Rink. Game one will begin at 5:00 p.m. CT Friday, Feb. 23 with game two to follow Saturday at 2:00 p.m. If needed, game three will be played Sunday at 2:00 p.m.
