Beaver Radio Network Promotes Kelly Schultz

The Beaver Radio Network is proud to announce the promotion of Kelly Schultz, radio voice for Bemidji State women’s hockey, to Marketing Coordinator.

Kelly will continue to broadcast games, but will now handle all the daily activities of the Beaver Radio Network. She is very excited for this opportunity to build the Beaver Radio Network brand and be a partner with Bemidji State University to promote its athletics. Kelly has been the voice of women’s hockey since the 2007-08 season and has also had the opportunity to broadcast two seasons of Beaver soccer along with this year’s season opener for women’s basketball against the Minnesota Gophers at Williams Arena. She is also a 2009 graduate of Bemidji State University with a B.A. in Sport Management.

“I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to share my passion for Bemidji State sports through this new role with the Beaver Radio Network. It’s exciting to build on what we’ve already done here at the Beaver Radio Network through our radio game broadcasts, featured radio programs which showcase BSU athletes and alumni, tailgate parties, text clubs, website, live game streaming, podcasts, and so much more. It’s my goal to continue creating Beaver Radio Network events and promotions that will bring BSU fans and local businesses together to support Beaver athletics, along with continuing to grow the BRN brand over the world wide web and within our own community.” ~ Kelly Schultz
