The Bemidji State University softball team’s NSIC doubleheader against University of Minnesota Duluth that was originally scheduled for April 8 in Duluth, Minn. has been relocated to Bemidji, Minn. at the BSU Softball Field. First pitch is scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday.

726 – Wednesday will be the first time in 726 days that BSU and UMD have played against each other. The games between the Beavers and Bulldogs last season were cancelled due to inclement weather.

11 – Jaclyn Braiedy is riding an 11-game hitting streak, which includes every conference game. Braiedy is hitting .417 during the streak with two home runs and nine RBI.

26 – The Beavers have hit 26 home runs this season, which ranks fifth in the NSIC. BSU has five players that have three or more long balls and three additional players that have hit at least two.
