The NCAA’s football and soccer programs’ off-season recruiting culminates Wednesday, Feb. 4 on 2016 National Signing Day. Bemidji State University soccer Head Coach Jim Stone and football Head Coach Jeff Tesch will speak during a live press conference, scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. in room 230 of the Physical Education Building on the BSU campus.
