Video – Beaver Fever Friday – Jess Yost – Volleyball

The Bemidji State volleyball team has begun practice for the season. Those practices are being led by a new coach. Kevin Ulmer was hired in the offseason to replace Wayne Chadwick.

Ulmer inherits a team that went 7-22 on the season a year ago. Five of those wins were in conference.

BSU graduated three seniors after last season. Amanda Tronick and Bemidji native Jess Yost are the only seniors this year. There are five newcomers to the team this season…one transfer and four true freshman.

BSU opens the season next week at the Bulldog Bash in Seward, Nebraska.
