Football Aftermath at Augustana
What a game! It's not that I didn't think BSU could win at Augustana...it's just the NOBODY wins at Augustana! If you read the reaction from the Sioux Falls newspaper, Augie-backers are upset at the lack of execution from their team. I'll choose to give a little more credit to Bemidji State.
Did Augie play well? Nope. But the BSU defense did a pretty good job of getting to Josh Hanson and the rest of the Vikings.
Plus, NOBODY in a gold jersey could keep up with Brian Leonhart! NOBODY!
All in all, it was a 20 hour day that was well worth it for Kelly and me. We left town at 5am, and got home around 1am...and LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT.
I was also very happy to see in the Augie photo gallery that they got a shot of our parabolic mic...have I mentioned the fact that I love that thing?!?!?!?!
