The Season is Here...!!!
Virtually every WCHA team OTHER than BSU is in action this weekend. There are several non-conference tournaments, and a few non-conference series. BSU's week one opponent (North Dakota) is taking part in a tournament in Alaska. They play Anchorage in a non-conference game in game 1...and play Alaska (Fairbanks) in game two. I'm watching the game against Anchorage tonight on the Fighting Sioux Sports Network (thanks Paul Bunyan Telephone!!!) in between the end of the Braves / Giants playoff game...and THERE IS NOBODY THERE! Let's hope that will NEVER happen at the BREC. Enjoy the scrimmage tomorrow...I'll be in St. Paul for football.
