Three Games in Two Days
Well, two 17 hour days in the books...and one win! What a win at that. After giving up three power play goals on Friday...and the football team giving up 35 straight points...I will admit, I was running on fumes by the time hockey started on Saturday night. But then Emil Billberg scores less than a minute into the game! I hate the cliche "They deserved better"...but to me it's true. The BSU men's hockey team has deserved better. They have played with the three best teams in the WCHA (preseason picks), and the took two of them to overtime. Tom Serratore said it in the postgame on Saturday that Lowe-Read-George is one of the best lines in the WCHA...ask St Cloud...I bet they agree!
