Football - Beavers Will Not Make Mineral Water Bowl

The NCAA announced the 24 teams that will make up the Division 2 playoffs, and MSU-Mankato was NOT one of them. Only MN Duluth and St. Cloud State made the field from the NSIC.
That means that MSU-Mankato should be selected to attend the Mineral Water Bowl on December 3rd, by virtue of their NSIC-South Division Championship.
*** UPDATE - - - The "official" MWB selection was made today. MSU-Mankato will meet Northeastern State.
