Go Beavers and beat Wisconsin

Barb Schueppert – Watching in Tucson! Geared up in my Beaver shirt, ready for another BSU Beaver hockey season! Go Beavs!

John Westad – Greetings from Dahlonega, Georgia. Watching in my lucky Frozen Four t-shirt. Looking forward to a great season. Go Beavs!

Randy – Listening in St. Louis. Tell Don Lucia to bring in Lindenwood. St. Charles fits the community vision. Go Beavs!

Tom Rime – Go Beavers!

Krista Beach – I’m watching on FloHockey from Houston!

I thought you might be interested to know that collegiate hockey is spreading even in Texas. For 17 years I’ve been lobbying the administration at the University of Houston (where I am now faculty) to start up a hockey program, but the answer was always no. Last semester a group of self-motivated students (lead by a Minnesotan!) created a hockey club as a student organization, and now they have been accepted into Division II of the ACHA and have played their first 3 games. They haven’t won a game yet, but I think getting a program together from the ground up makes them winners anyway!

I’ll always be a Beaver and a Beaver fan though! I just thought you might find this story inspiring.
Go Beavers and Cougars! I don’t expect them to be playing each other any time soon…

Ethan – Just moved to Vermont. Glad to be able to still watch beaver hockey. Hoping for a great season. Go beavers

Barb Schueppert – Whatever happens the rest of the game, Sholl is #1 star!

John Westad – Greetings from Dahlonega, Georgia. Watching in my lucky Frozen Four t-shirt. Looking forward to a great season. Go Beavs!
