First off, to those at the Glas this weekend, thanks for making this a memorable tournament for everyone involved. The tournament went off without a hitch, and the fans saw four great games (even the third place game was fun to watch!).
I’ve never heard the Glas that loud for that long before. Want proof? Here it is.
Bemidji State is the first team to qualify for the tournament, and will have to wait a week (March 22) to find out who and where they will play. I don’t think they care at all that they have to wait. That’s a weeks worth of savoring what has been accomplished this season.
To think that this team started the year at 1-6, went on a six game winning streak before Christmas, then went on a six game losing streak right after that, and will still hang three banners at the Glas is quite amazing.
If I hear of any guesses as to where BSU will play…or what the plans are for the NCAA Selection Show viewing party, I’ll pass it on!
