The Bemidji State University football team totaled 549 yards of total offense, including a season-best 328 passing yards and another 224 on the ground, in a 47-30 Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference loss at Upper Iowa Saturday. Following the loss, the Beavers’ record dips to 0-3 for the first time since 2001.
Bemidji State (0-3) returns to Chet Anderson Stadium Sept. 27 for a NSIC showdown with Minnesota Sate University, Mankato (3-0). Kickoff is slated for 1 p.m.
