The Bemidji State University men’s hockey team is prepping for the Beavers’ WCHA Playoff opening round opponent Bowling Green State University.

The Beavers, the tournament’s No. 6 seed, will travel to face the third-seeded Falcons in a best-of-three series at BGSU Ice Arena in Bowling Green, Ohio, March 11, 12 and 13, if needed. Opening face off for all three games is set for 6:07 p.m..

The Beavers open the series trailing Bowling Green 3-6-1 in the all-time, including a 0-4-0 record versus the Falcons at BGSU Ice Arena.

BSU also seeks its first WCHA postseason victory since the 2010-11 season, toting a 3-9 record in postseason league play since joining the WCHA in 2010.
