Sorry this has taken so long…been busy with football and other work-things.

What are my thoughts on the Sanford Center? Duh…I like it…a lot! Like most people, I think it’s a great place to watch a game. Of course, I don’t have to pay for my seat, but I don’t think that changes things.

Are there things that I’d change if I built it…of course. I think we can all say that about every building we’ve ever been in…be it a house, office, or hotel.

My pros:

* in-house “entertainment” – What an upgrade from the Glas! From the jumbotron to the intermissions…the feel is BIG TIME!
* press box – sorry, I’m greedy…I like the fact that people can’t come up to me to tell me that somebody left their lights on in the car!
* mmm…beer (even though I can’t partake!)

My cons:

* jumbotron – can you play video replays? If you can, it would be a nice touch!
* banners – can you lower them…it’s hard to see them if you’re in the lower part of the bowl
* glass – why is there so much? I understand that the law requires a railing so that people don’t fall…but do we need glass AND a railing?
* atmosphere – I’m sure it will come…but it’s not the Glas yet!
