The Bemidji State mens hockey team returns from a week off to host the Ferris State Bulldogs this weekend. The Beavers remain in first place in the WCHA.
The Beavers and Bulldog meet for the first time this season, marking the revival of a rivalry that got its start in 1999. FSU skates into Bemidji, Minn. with a 14-7-2 advantage in the series including a 3-2 overtime victory and a 1-1 tie at Sanford Center Jan. 22-23 of last season.
The teams open the series at 7:07 p.m. Friday and again a 7:07 p.m. Saturday.

Youth tickets for the series begin at just $7, while BSU and Sanford Center are offering a new ticketing option for the remainder of the season.
