The NCAA Transfer Portal has been active again this year. For the first time, BSU has added players from the portal. The Portal is showing that BSU has added Mitchell Martan, a senior from Canisius, and Lincoln Hatten, a sophomore from Army. Both are forwards.

The Portal is also showing that Lukas Sillinger has entered the portal.

As for the additions, the Beavers lost a lot of forward experience due to graduation. It makes sense to try to add some experienced depth.

As for Lukas Sillinger entering the portal, since Owen graduated and turned pro, nothing would have surprised me with Lukas (staying, leaving, or exploring turning pro). Just because he entered the portal, doesn’t make it a sure thing that he’ll be playing somewhere else next year, but a player with his skill, stats, and bloodline, will be a sought after player for other teams.
