Krista Beach – This is Krista watching on FloHockey from Houston. I had a lot to do today but have been in bed sick instead. A kind-hearted co-worker just stopped by to bring me home-made mutton soup, which she hopes will help me feel better. This will be a first for me, as mutton does not usually feature in my diet. I think a Beaver’s win would be more likely to help me feel better. Go Beavers!

Matt – Settle a discussion amongst us tech folks: Is the double diverging diamond intersection a good intersection design?

Jacob – Do beavers even eat wood?

Pamela – Watching from Lenox, Michigan.

Even though we are rooting for MTU, we are really enjoying your commentary. Go Huskies!

Kathleen Steiger – Uncle Pat & Auntie Kathy watching our nephew Kyle Kukkonen play -from Bessemer Michigan! Go Huskies

Matt – What is your favorite Saturday afternoon activity in Bemidji during hockey season?

Matt – Settle a discussion amongst us tech folks: Is the double diverging diamond intersection a good intersection design?

Rob D – Old reliable from behind the Penalty box at MTU home games

If I have one lasagna and stack it on top of another do I have one mega lasagna or two separate ones

Dave Korpi – It’s a beautiful snowy Saturday afternoon here in Willow, Alaska. Crockpot is on the wood stove, and all the chores are done. It’s a great day for hockey and Beavers too!

Jacob – Do you think the Lions will go to the superbowl this year? Or will it be the same old same old?

Mia – As a city which hosts a massive Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox statue, I have a couple questions about it:

Legend goes Paul Bunyan made the lakes with his boots. Do you have a favorite lake and why?

Also, what are your thoughts on rebranding to the “Bemidji State Babes”? I think Babe the Blue Ox would make an excellent mascot.

Big jakey – Good evening

Have a great broadcast tonight, know that even though we may be from the other side we support you love the work you do.

John – Soooo…. The plan was to leave deer camp early to attend the hockey game tonight. But here we are – still at deer camp north of Clearbrook. Yes, we’re busy shooting the you-know-what, but it ain’t pucks nor bucks! 😉
Let’s Go Beavers! Let’s get a come-back win!

Aubrey and Ryan – Listening from Houghton!!

Although it’s months away, Who do you think will win the Hobey Baker this year? Blake Pietila has our vote!

Also who will have more snow this year you or us?

Ruby – Watching from Houghton MI. I am a Tech fan but I love your commentary!
I have a quick question for you… Do you know what the airspeed velocity of an unladen swallow is?

Aubrey and Ryan – Listening from Houghton!!

Matt – Do you think hockey would be a better game if both teams worked together to score as many goals as they can on 1 net?

Aubrey and Ryan – This question is from Ryan:
In your opinion what are Bemidji’s all time best players by position.

Happy Veterans Day to all listening veterans!

P.S. can we have your guys autograph your legends in our books!

Tony – I didn’t know Paul Bunyan was in the internet game… always thought he was more of a lumber guy

Mia and AJ – Cheering on the Huskies from Charleston, South Carolina! Go Tech! -Mia, AJ, Little Man, Mac, and Molly

John – Gentlemen, as much as we enjoy listening to your radio broadcast, we wish we were there, instead of still here at deer camp, to be a part of this amazing comeback Beavers win!

Barb – Just tuned in to the Beaver game with 5:30 left to play in the 2nd period with Beavers down 4-0….and then bam, bam, bam. And it’s 4-3! Wow! Go Beavs!!!

Matt – Settle a discussion amongst us tech folks: Is the double diverging diamond intersection a good intersection design?

Ryan and Aubrey

Aubrey and Ryan – For MTU we have

D John Scott and Tim Watters
F Randy McKay and Chris Conner
C Ryan Markham
G Tony Esposito (back up goalie Jamie Phillips)

Lots of legends from both teams!

Duane – Watching from Ann Arbor, Michigan. Are the Misfits supposed to tip the Bemidji fans throwing food at them?

Kayla – Is a beaver just a moist gopher

Matt – Settle a discussion amongst us tech folks: Is the double diverging diamond intersection a good intersection design?
