The Bemidji State University baseball team had its road Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference four-game series against Minot State University moved back a day to April 28-29 and location changed to Williston, N.D. due to unplayable field conditions in Minot, N.D. Sunday’s doubleheader is set to begin at 3 p.m., while Monday’s twin bill is slated for a noon start.
Bemidji State University head baseball coach Tim Bellew also announced his NCAA regular signing period class Friday, as he inked 13 student-athletes to play for the Beavers beginning the 2014 season. Six signed National Letters of Intent, while seven student-athletes inked BSU Letters of Admission.
All signees are contingent upon admission to BSU and compliance with NCAA rules, including certification by the NCAA Eligibility Center.
Committing to BSU are 10 players from Minnesota, two from Wisconsin and one from Canada.
