Bemidji State head men’s hockey coach Tom Serratore, and select players, spoke to the media Tuesday to preview the Bemidji State University men’s ice hockey team’s Western Collegiate Hockey Association road series at Ferris State.
The Beavers, now 3-4-1 and 3-1-0 in league play will travel to Big Rapids, Mich. to battle league-newcomer Ferris State (5-2-0; 2-0-0 WCHA). The series is set to get underway with a 6:07 p.m. CST Friday, with the series finale slated for a 6:07p.m. opening face off. Both games will be played at Robert L. Ewigleben Ice Arena.
The Beavers a 4-5-0 all-time verss the Buldogs with a 2-2-0 mark in games played in Big Rapids, Mich. BSU and FSU last met Dec. 31, 2010 in the Mariucci Classic. Bemidji State own that game, 3-2.
