The Beavers were swept by the Ferris State Bulldogs when the teams met Nov. 8-9 in Big Falls, Mich. FSU snuck out a 5-4 overtime victory in the series opener before handing the Beavers a 5-3 loss to take the series. They meet again this weekend.

In a series that dates back to 1999, BSU is 4-7-0 all-time versus the Bulldogs, which includes a 1-3-0 mark in games played in Bemidji, Minn.

This weekend’s special B-Club Athletic Hall of Fame series will get underway at 7:37 p.m. Friday with a special ceremonial puck drop by the 2014 Athletic Hall of Fame induction class. Saturday’s series finale is set for a 7:07 p.m. opening face off.
