Former Bemidji State University forward Radoslav Illo (Bystrica, Slovakia) has been signed to an amateur tryout contract with the Norfolk Admirals. The Admirals are the American Hockey league affiliate of the National Hockey League’s Anaheim Ducks.

Illo played in 31 games for BSU this season and a total of 132 during his four-year Beaver Hockey career. He collected 25 goals and 29 assists for 54 points and 77 penalty minutes.

Anaheim drafted the Bystrica, Slovakia native in 2009 with a fifth round pick before he enrolled at Bemidji State in 2010.
