The Bemidji State University football team (0-4, 0-0 NSIC North) opens up Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference North play as they travel to Bismarck, N.D. to take on University of Mary (2-2, 0-0 NSIC North). The game marks only the ninth time the teams have met as they hold a 4-4 all-time record.
Bemidji State and U-Mary series dates back to Oct. 7, 2006 for their first ever meeting where the Marauders defeated the Beavers by a final score of 27-21. The teams enter the game with a tied series of four each, which BSU holds a 2-2 record in Bismarck. The last time Bemidji State and U-Mary met, the Marauders compiled 404 yards of total offense to gain a 26-17 victory at Chet Anderson Stadium Oct. 12, 2013.
