The Bemidji State University men’s basketball team traveled to University of Northern Iowa Sunday afternoon for an exhibition game. The Beavers fell 64-45 to the Panthers.
Senior Brock Lutes led the Beavers with a team-high 11 points going 3-for-8 from the field and 3-for-6 from three-point range. Lutes also went 2-for-2 from the free throw line and charted three rebounds and one assists in the game.
Ben Best was second on the team with nine points going 4-for-5 from the field and one-for-one from three-point range. Best recorded four rebounds and one assist in his 19 minutes of play.
Bemidji State will be back in action as it starts a seven game home stand against Crown College Nov. 14. Tip off is set for 7 p.m. from the BSU Gymnasium.
