Bemidji State University men’s basketball team snapped its three-game losing streak to end its first Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference road series at Wayne State College. The Beavers held onto their lead with a late comeback by the Wildcats for an 87-80 victory.

Bemidji State, now 6-3 overall and 2-3 in NSIC action will be back in action Dec. 19 as it travels to rival University of Minnesota Crookston for a 7 p.m. tip off before entering the holiday break. The Wildcats drop to 2-8 overall and 0-5 in NSIC play.
