The Bemidji State University tennis team is back on the road this weekend for a pair of nonconference matches in Sartell, Minn., March 22. The Beavers will face Martin Luther College at noon on Sunday and follow up with University of Minnesota Morris at 3 p.m.
The last time the Beavers were in action was Feb. 28-March 1 when they hosted their first home event of the season. BSU women’s tennis fell short in a close match against University of Sioux Falls resulting in a 5-4 loss. The Beavers also fell to Augustana College, 9-0, the following day. However the Bemidji State tennis team redeemed themselves later in the day as they defeated University of Minnesota Crookston, 9-0.
The Beavers next action will be March 28-29 in Grand Forks, N.D. where they will face University of Mary, Minnesota State University Moorhead, and University of Minnesota Crookston.
