The Bemidji State women’s hockey team battled back from a 3-0 deficit to force overtime against Wisconsin, the top team in the WCHA standings. Goals by Abby Halluska, Emily Bergland and Paige Beebe tied the game 3-3 and forced the overtime. The Badgers struck 1:58 into the extra stanza to hand BSU a heartbreaking 4-3 loss.
