The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Women’s Soccer season begins this weekend, with the Bemidji State University Women’s Soccer team hosting its first two home matches. The Beavers will play against Southwest Minnesota State University on Friday, Sept. 19, at 7 p.m., and face the University of Sioux Falls on Sunday at 1 p.m. This weekend is also Senior/Parent’s Weekend, where the team will honor its eight seniors before Friday’s game and recognize the soccer parents before Sunday’s match.
Both games will be streamed online at NSICNetwork.com/bsubeavers and broadcasted by the Beaver Radio Network at 94.3 FM or online. The Beavers ended non-conference play with a successful road trip, where Katrina Barthelt scored two goals and assisted another in their victory over the University of Minnesota Duluth.
